    How to shop

    At elektrickestoly.sk, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. In the steps below, we explain how to easily purchase ergonomic desks, chairs, and accessories for your workplace.

    1. Choosing products

    Browse our selection in categories such as electric desks, ergonomic chairs, or office accessories. Each product includes detailed descriptions, photos, and technical specifications to help with your selection.

    • Use the search bar to quickly find a specific item.

    • Filter products by price, type, or other features to help narrow your choices.

    2. Add to cart

    Once you’ve selected a product, click the “Add to Cart” button. The item will be automatically added to your shopping cart, which is located in the top-right corner of the page.

    • In the cart, you can change quantities or remove items.

    • You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

    3. Review your cart

    Before completing your order, review your shopping cart to ensure all items and quantities are correct.

    • Click “Continue to checkout” to proceed to the shipping and payment step.

    4. Choose shipping and payment options

    Select your preferred delivery method and payment option. All available options will be clearly shown during checkout.

    • You can choose bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery (if available).

    5. Fill in your details and complete the order

    Enter your contact information and shipping address, and confirm your agreement with the terms and conditions. Then click “Order with obligation to pay.”

    • After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order summary.

    Cash on delivery

    A handling fee of €2.00 incl. VAT will be added to the total amount.

    Once we receive the payment, you’ll be notified and the order will be prepared for shipment.

    6. Confirmation and delivery

    Once we receive your order, we will process and ship it. You’ll receive email updates at every stage – from confirmation to dispatch. You’ll also get your delivery time and tracking number.
